- Where do I download the latest version of 123Go?
To download the latest version of the program, click HERE.
- I have lost my registration details. How to get it?
You need to have your Order ID that starts with ST. Click HERE. Enter your email address and Order ID into the specified boxes and click Submit. Under "Receipt" section, click on the "click here" link. You will then be shown your registration details.
In case you do not have Order ID, enter your email address in the box provided on the After-Purchase Services page and click "E-mail Order History". Please make sure to enter the email address that was used at the time of purchase.
- I have formatted my drive. How can I get my licensed copy back to my PC?
If you had purchased the program from WITHIN the application, do the following else skip to Step 3:
- Step 1: Download the latest version, Click HERE
- Step 2: After installation:
- Make sure that you are connected to Internet.
- Start the program.
- Initiate a purchase by clicking on the "Buy" button.
- When the eSellerate Software Delivery Wizard displays, hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Macintosh) and then click the Reinstall button that appears.
- Click "Next".
- When the Order Information screen displays, enter this order information: Order ID that starts with "ST", your email ID
- Click "Submit" button.
- The download should begin immediately. The activation will be done automatically.
- Step 3: If you had purchased from our WebStore, do the following:
- Download the latest version, Click HERE
- Make sure that you are connected to Internet.
- Start the program.
- Click "Activate" button.
- In the "Product Activation" window, enter your "Serial Number Name" and "Serial Number" that you have received in your email that received after the purchase.
- Click "OK" button. Wait for the online activation to complete.
- How do I activate my copy of 123Go?
Refer to the Step 1 or 3 shown above.
- I can not connect to Internet from my PC on which I want to use this program. How do I Activate using a different computer that has web access?
If you see the "Activation Options" screen and you cannot connect your computer to the Internet or temporarily disable any firewall that might be blocking communications, you should select the second option: "Activate using a different computer that has web access". You will be shown your Installation ID.
You should then take that Installation ID to a computer that has Web access and visit http://activate.esellerate.net. On the After Purchase Services page, enter your Installation ID exactly as it appeared in the Manual Product Activation wizard on the computer where you'll be using the product. It is imperative that the Installation ID be entered exactly; if it's off by even one character, it won't work. Entering the Activation Key is the last step in the process. Go back to the computer where you obtained the Installation ID (i.e., the computer where you'll be using the product) and return to the "Activation Options" screen. Select the option labeled "I already have an Activation Key and would like to activate now". Then, enter the Activation Key exactly as it was shown on the product activation Web page, and click "Submit". The product will be activated successfully if you enter the Activation Key exactly as shown.
- I have lost my email that had the Order ID and registration details.
In case you do not have Order ID, enter your email address in the box provided on the After-Purchase Services page and click "E-mail Order History". Please make sure to enter the email address that was used at the time of purchase.
- Do i have to purchase the product for each of the remote pc's?
You need to buy just 1 license in order to send files using 123Go. You can send large files to any PC. However, the remote PC must have 123Go running in order to receive files from you.
So you will need 1 license to use it on your pc.
- There no place for my name and serial number. Where do I enter this information?
It seems that you are using an older version of the program. Please LIVE UPDATE your copy of the program by clicking on "LIVE UPDATE" button on the main screen. You can also download the latest version from the following location:

Once installed, click on the "Activate" button on the main screen.
In the "Product Activation" window, enter your "Serial Number Name" and "Serial Number" that you have received in your email that received after the purchase.
Click "OK" button. Wait for the online activation to complete.
- My Serial Number is wrong. What should I do?
Please use copy and paste for this. It is possible that you may have typed an alpha "O" for a numeric zero "0". This will be then an error.
- I am unable to LIVE UPDATE my copy of 123Go . Whats wrong?
You must register your copy of 123Go , in order to have this option enabled. If you have not bought the program then you cannot have this facility.
